We operate on a mobile basis only and will come to your place of choosing. ***We do not have a physical office in Colorado. Most notaries don't unless they work for someone***

Most Colorado mobile notaries will charge a travel fee, which varies for each individually owned business. When using third-party services, fees can be significantly higher. We are not a third party but can provide referrals when our schedule is full. As per the Colorado RULONA, the Notary fee is set up to $15 per document (the law does not define "document," so this can apply per journal entry/per person in the notary certificate but is not mandatory). All other fees are determined by each notary business owner, and you can find our updated fees by clicking the "Book Online Now!" button.

An authentication or legalization, sometimes called an apostille, is needed for documents that you plan to use in a foreign country. Examples include: Marriage licenses. School transcripts. Colorado birth certificates. In Simple terms, an apostille is a verification of the public official signature on a legal document for international use.

Documents such as vital records issued by a U.S. state will need an apostille from that state's secretary of state. Federal documents will need an apostille from the U.S. Department of State. For documents that are notarized, the state the notary notarized the document in, is the state that needs to authenticate the notary's official signature.
